Carolyn Flood joined Brown Harris Stevens as a sales associate in the spring of 2003. She had just returned from living in London, where she worked in an administrative role with The Peabody Fund, a private real estate investment firm.

Carolyn was born and raised in New York City. Her family’s long involvement in real estate development has instilled in her a true understanding of both the industry and the market. Carolyn has volunteered in numerous charitable projects, including Habitat for Humanity, New York Cares, Race for the Cure and N.Y. Literacy Partners. She attended the Convent of the Sacred Heart, 91st Street and received her Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Villanova University. As an active member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The New York Public Library’s Young Lions and The New York Historical Society, Carolyn has a deep appreciation of New York’s cultural and educational opportunities. She is also a member of the N.Y Roadrunners and an avid tennis player with a lifelong membership in the Westside Tennis Club of Forest Hills.
